Do you want to enlarge your penis? – Here are 5 of the exercises I used to get a bigger penis

There is no secret as to how to enlarge your penis. Although there may be many methods to choose from, only penis exercise can claim to have scientific evidence as proof. Penis exercises can be responsible for giving you a longer and thicker penis and can also help improve your sexual staying power. In this article I would like to introduce you to 5 of the exercises that are responsible for enlarging my penis.

1) Stretching – Stretching exercises can help you get a bigger penis by stretching the inner ligaments of the penis. You should always perform stretching exercises with a flaccid penis until your penis is stronger. Grasp your manhood just below your head and aim for 4 stretches. Using the points of an imaginary clock, stretch it to 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock. Try to hold each stretch for 30-45 seconds and add an extra 15-30 seconds each week until you can hold each stretch for 3 minutes.

2) Jelqing – The number one of all exercises to enlarge the penis. Jelqing has a colorful history and has been used as a way to get a bigger penis for centuries. Always perform the jelq with an erection level of 50% to 75%. Form an OK sign between your thumb and forefinger. Wrap this grip tightly around the base of your penis and then slide down the shaft. Immediately stroke with the other hand when you have reached the head of the penis. Each hit should last about 3-4 seconds. Try 100-200 jelqs and add 100 more each week until you reach 500.

3) Towel hanging – Towel hanging is a great exercise that will make your penis bigger, especially thicker. However, its biggest asset to you is that it can help you achieve excellent control over your ejaculations. Place a small face or hand towel over your fully erect penis. Tense your PC muscle (imagine you need to stop urinating) and this should bring the towel closer to your body. Hold that squeeze for 15-30 seconds and then relax. Aim for 25-30 “holds” initially and add an additional 10 each week.

4) Kegels – I love Kegel exercises as you can do them anywhere. A kegel is the same as hanging up the towel, but without the towel and can be performed limp or erect! You are simply tensing your PC muscle and holding on as long as you can. I usually do Kegel exercises throughout the day. You can make them while sitting at your desk at work, on the bus or train, and even while eating lunch. I also got into the habit of stopping, holding and then starting again every time I needed to pee!

5) Dry Milk – A great exercise to enlarge your penis. This is the exact same grip as the jelq, but this time instead of stroking your grip down the shaft, you make small pulling motions on his penis. The jelq requires you to use lubrication, this is a must. Powdered milk, as its name suggests, does not require lubrication. Again, aim for 100-200 short pulls and add 100 each week.

As I mentioned, if you want to get a bigger penis, you need look no further. Exercising the penis will require patience, commitment, and extreme dedication. However, if you can stick to a sensible exercise routine over a period of months, then you can make your penis much bigger than when you started!
