Why divine power is twisted into man’s false gods and religions
It is claimed that there are some 4,200 religions and most have their own version of a holy book, such as the Bible. There are so many different interpretations of the latter that the confusion runs deep. Most of them talk about different gods and different paths to the afterlife. Some, like the Hindus, are worshipers of animal gods and others, like Christianity, of one God of three separate parts.
The reality is that people are basically superstitious. This allowed kings and religious leaders to capture their imaginations and make outlandish claims. The creation of images that go beyond imagination are key to this.
Icons and fantasies are as important to any religious structure as the gods they worship. The expected existence of life beyond the grave is a canvas of such magnitude that almost any creation about it is welcome. That includes dreams, teachers, seers, fortune tellers, and of course religious leaders. But who really knows?
None of these people have returned from that realm. When the faithful are asked where they perceive heaven and hell to be, the answer is often the same. He is in another realm.
What a kingdom, and what does that really mean. One person claimed that you’ll only know when you’ve moved on to it. That implies using ‘faith’. Hello! To me that means believing the ridiculous without proof.
Where is the proof that another kingdom exists and where could it be? Many look to the sky in search of answers and to reach their god. But there’s nothing up there but air and space. Rockets and photographs have shown that nothing exists beyond what is clearly seen and because it does not include another realm where do they get that suggestion from?
What most religions hide is reincarnation, which makes more sense than anything they can offer. My recollection of a previous life and death, being in the Spirit and having a bond with it, proves how devious and deceitful these institutions are.
But people love deception and fiction. That’s why filmmakers, actors, and writers are so well paid. My experience led me to investigate where false gods arose and why they have persisted for several millennia to survive and grow stronger. The real God is the Great Spirit of the Universe, who is everywhere and in control of all things. He has allowed religion to put up a barrier so that only those with the correct wiring will find the truth.
