There are 2 ways to get rid of stomach fat. You can go the cardio route and you can do straight-up ab exercises.

1. For cardio, start with walking…but on a hill or incline treadmill

Walking by itself isn’t magic when it comes to losing belly fat and love handles, but when you start walking on an incline, it becomes one of the best exercises you can do to reduce your waist size.

That small change makes a BIG difference. Since hills are hard to find, find a treadmill that inclines 10-15 degrees and start walking.

2. Do isometric vacuum poses to reduce the waist

This is my favorite exercise to reduce the waistline because the results come fast and no other exercise can do what this one does. Suction your tummy intermittently for 5 minutes a day and within 1 month you will lose almost 2 inches from your tummy.

You’ll want to hold isometric tension in the vacuum pose for a minimum of 15 seconds each time you do this. You can do this anywhere and basically anytime. I use this exercise exclusively while watching TV. It can get addictive because of how easy it is and how quickly you see your pants start to sag. I even have some clients who use a simple trick to lose 3 inches off their waist using this exercise and nothing else.
