A Review of High Intensity Interval Training and the Tacfit Commando Program

High intensity interval training is a very effective and efficient way to burn fat and calories without burning the body. It is also known as sprint interval training which many track people, especially sprinters, are familiar with. This is a form of cardio training that burns even more calories and fat than regular cardio training, which is much longer and more common. Sprinters with lean, muscular bodies and other high-caliber athletes have used short, intense workouts. The growing popularity of the Tacfit Commando program uses this concept very effectively.

The Tacfit Commando program has been gaining popularity due to its innovative approach with unusual but dynamic core bodyweight exercises. These exercises were combined with recovery periods, stretching, joint mobility exercises, breathing tips, and other innovations in a timely manner. You don’t have to spend more than an hour a day to get results. In fact, if you increase your intensity for a short period, you shouldn’t spend hours a day on your exercises. As I begin my personal journey with the Tacfit Commando program, here are some benefits that I believe will benefit many people:

In addition to these benefits, the program has great videos and step-by-step instructions. You will follow a specific pattern of fitness success culminating in great aerobic and anaerobic fitness. As you progress through the program, you will notice that your joints and muscles feel better with a greater range of motion.
