In July 2022, Dallas private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners launched Parallel ENT & Allergy. This physician-centric management services organization provides scalable support to promote long-term growth and preserve clinical autonomy for ear, nose, and throat practices.
The company is led by CEO Glenn Noble. Baird’s Business Owner Solutions advised on the transaction and helped ensure the successful close. In July 2022, Trinity Hunt Partners launched Parallel ENT and Allergy to provide physician practice management support for ear, nose and throat (ENT) and allergy practices. The company provides administrative and business support, preserves clinical autonomy for physicians, and growth through planning, investment, recruitment and retention of physicians and staff.
As a result of the increasing internationalization of ENT, numerous review journals were founded to summarize and report the increasing number of international publications. These journals also served as a source of information for many ENT physicians.

The oldest of these was the Internationale Centralblatt fur Laryngologie, Rhinologie und verwandte Wissenschaften (1884-1922), published by Hirschwald Verlag, Leipzig. After its takeover by Springer Verlag in 1921, the title was renamed several times. It was the most important journal for ENT for a long time, until it was replaced by Folia oto-laryngologica in 1936. This title was later merged with the HNO-Praxis to become the German Archiv fur Ohrenheilkunde, which is now part of the Gesellschaft der Otolaryngologists in Germany.
Parallel ENT is led by Glenn Noble, a health care aficionado with years of experience across the oral, dermatology and oncology sectors. The Dallas-based firm has about $1.2 billion in assets under management and a track record of making the right moves at the right time.
The company is backed by Trinity Hunt Partners, which has deep expertise in healthcare services. The firm formed Parallel through an investment in ENT & Allergy of Delaware, which includes 15 physicians and 12 audiologists along with more than 140 support staff.
